Default Hello all !

Dear CLaNZeR.
I own a car Mitsubishi L200 triton, 2007, 2.5 DI-D(Common rail, turbo diesel engine), and I would like to try your software on the my car. I have a ELM327, but as far as I know with your program it does not work. Cable OpenPort is necessary.
I wish to reprogram ECU and increase the power of the engine with EvoScan and FlashECU.

Please, send to me the scheme of cable OpenPort 2.0. My e-mail: alces@inbox.ru.

I will make him.
As described in the repair manual, the car may be is diagnosed by MUTIII, through plug OBDII, under protocol by CAN 11/500 15765-4. Similar as on EVO-X.
Thanks.

Hi Alces

Sorry to say I do not have a schema for the OP2.0 but it is a J2534 compatable cable and supports the Can Bus as well as other legacy protocols.

The OP2.0 is actually good value for money and worth buying one of you wish to not only Log but re-program your ECU. Not sure it will support the ECU that you have in your car though, as support for the EVO X has only just been added.

Othe J2534 cables that cost alot more than the OP2.0 do not do as much.

In the future I do plan on releasing a cheap cable that will do the Can Bus protocol, but that will be a while, due to lack of time.

Cheers

Sean.

I tried original ROM file - still no luck... Next evening I will try to change my laptop Maybe my laptop fails at higher baud rates or has other port problems.

Will this cable work for Pajeros & Delicas?
If so, I would very much like one.
Contribution is no problem and of course I would pay for courier to Namibia.

I can't get Evoscan to work with Tactrix2.0OpenPort.
I also hv a chinese Autoboss scanner, but it does not communicate with Mitsubishis.

Thanks & best regards

Default Stupid question about the cable?

Anyway, I read somewhere here that you should connect pin 1 and 4 to get MUT II. I got a little puzzled since this link says that 4 is chassis ground and not signal ground. Would this tell the ECU to listen to MUTII commands rather than the generic ODBII?
my reader has a K-Line transparent mode which would then be usable?
Anyway I am looking like crazy for some spec on the MUTII protocol.
How did you find out? Trial and error seems not the way. Sniffed a real MUTII reader?

Hope any of you get a free time slot and accidentally read this forum

Hey Sean!

Now i have a Mitsubishi COLT GTi (4g93 DOHC, Year 95') and is working perfectly with your interface

I can log most values, some others i think that are wrong but i'll ask later.

Just to report the success and say thank you!

Mutmonitor 2.02 = OK
Mitsuloger v1.6 Beta 3 = OK
Evoscan v2.6 = Can't init ECU, stucks trying to reconnect. I'm not sure about settings, i tryed Mitsubishi MUTIII and DSM/3000GT/Ecl. MutobrOBDII both of em at 15625 but no response. (only one time it conected just for a second, and disconnected)
